Luxury villas are always likely to attract large interest here in Dubai, and the Al Barari villas have certainly not proven any exception. Since its initial launch, it has proven immensely popular with Dubai real estate and property investors. Whilst apartments can be found all over the Emirate, villas are a slightly rarer commodity, with demand far outstripping availability. Emirates Hills has long been the standard by which all other villas are judged, but with the arrival of Dubailand, a number of new villas developments look to be adding some competition into the equation. Dubailand will boast the likes of The Plantation, Al Kaheel and of course Al Barari Villas.
Al Barari Villas promises to be something a little special. With villas offering either 5 or 7 bedrooms, you can tell this is going to be an exclusive development for those looking for a home with a ‘wow’ factor. In total the development will consist of 330 villas set out amongst an oasis of lush green vegetation, located on the edge of Dubai. Set out amidst stone paths, large and spacious gardens, the villas aim to offer residents their own tranquil sanctuary, away from the noise and fast pace of Dubai city life.
The resort if truly unique, in that not only is it located next to Dubai’s wildlife sanctuary, but it can also boast over 800 species of plant, many of which will be new to the UAE. And it doesn’t stop there. There will also be the longest man made waterway in the world, plus six botanical gardens! This is clearly a development that has found a new way to stake its claim as Dubai’s most luxurious villa development. To highlight the fact, phase one of the development will dedicate 80% of the land to green and open spaces. This says the developers, makes it the least dense property development in Dubai!
However this does this mean you will have to pass up on entertainment and leisure facilities? Not a chance, with Al Barari boasting shopping areas, a spar resort and even an alternative medicine shop! The development really then does offer something a little different to other villas currently on the market, and as a result really stands out as somewhere a little special to own a home. With prices starting from AED 20 million, freehold villas here are not cheap, but do offer you a home with a difference to rival Emirates Hills.
