Dubai Property 2008 another year goes by...

Happy 2008 To All...

Well last year saw so much activity in the market here that it certainly silenced some of the critics who stated that the bubble must surely burst in the Dubai Property market.

One of the most eagerly awaited completions to date was the first of the 3 Palm Islands namely Palm Jumeriah and what a sigh it is! Although it will still take many years for it to be fully complete the first signs are good, very good. The tennants that I have spoke and sold to are all extremely happy with their new homes and of  course the high premiums that villas on the market are still fetching.

The road systems are also coming along very well and long may that continue. Another major factor in the Dubai Property market was the introduction of the new rent cap which will hopefully stabilise this ever changing market even more in the near future.
