Despite all the property on offer here, Dubai as a city isn’t that big a place. There is finite land and space here on which to build freehold real estate and this is something which certainly hasn’t gone unnoticed with Dubai property developers. High rise apartment buildings are certainly one way around the problem, and Dubai has certainly taken this to heart. Dubai already has a good selection of apartment buildings with the Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Beach Residences, Downtown Dubai and many more on the way.
