Hmmm - "Luxury" sarasotarealestate.com - how dare you niche market! You POS

I have one for today as well (quite funny to) 

"To whom it may concern: I have been trying to cancel my web site for months now, and you ignore my requests, and continue to bill me, please call or contact me immeadiatly. regards, tom laurita"

Sounds bad for REW right? I looked up his name in our system, could not find him - so I googled him and found his site.

I wrote back

Dear Mr "ommitted",

I received a submission (see below) and am sorry you are having such a hard time cancelling your service with "Z57" - I would love to help you resolve this, but unfortunately we are "Real Estate Webmasters" - so contacting us to cancell a z57 website will probably not work - we do however have amazing websites for Realtors and clearly you are in the market - so let me know how it goes with those other guys - and feel free to contact me if you would like to step into a Real Estate Webmasters product.

LOL - it is Luxury Sarasota - are there any Luxury properties in Sarasota under 100K?

If Florida is anything like Hawaii, there are probably about 10 listings that are priced under $100k and that buyer would not be interested in any of them.

Oh well, on to the next lead.

I've gotten one or two of these in the past few months.

Some are even a direct attack my group!  Which was most likely another REW member because he knew that we would be able to see his password so he wrote this as his password: "Walsh Group is Broke" lol
