This community of 106 homes offers residents large lots with mature trees and landscaping. The homes were built in the 1990's which offer residents high ceilings, open floor plans and large windows for plenty of natural light. Ashley is located off Proctor road just east of Interstate 75. Most of the lots are close to an acre or larger. Residents are within a 20 minute drive to Siesta Key and downtown Sarasota. They also have easy access to several golf courses, restaurants and shopping areas.
