With the recent market drop you can now find yourself a nice 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo on the beach in the $400,000's and even in the high $300,000's. We have not seen those prices in many years.

Seaplace is 42 acres that sit right on the beach on the south end of Longboat Key. It is a great location and clean, well maintained complex. There are 455 condos are made up midrises, townhomes and garden style units. I always make a point to show this complex when I have a buyer who wants a condo on the beach for less than $500k.
