Lansbrook Subdivisions On Lake Tarpon

photo Lipply

Lansbrook is built around the Lansbrook Golf Course and Lake Tarpon in Palm Harbor.  But there are only a select few subdivisions that have either golf course frontage and lake front homesites.  Aylesford is the only single family subdivision that has homes that back up to the golf course.  And, there are just a select few homes in Aylesford that have golf course views.  The others have beautiful views of conservation where you can frequently see deer.  Others, have views of some of the most peaceful ponds in the area. If you are looking for golf course views in a low maintenance villa, then check out Oakmont.

Presidents Landing and Myrtle Point are the only two subdivisions in Lansbrook that are directly on Lake Tarpon.  Ivy Ridge has a few homesites on…

Living On The River Riverview Florida

photo Lipply

Dreaming of waterfront property in Florida but can't afford the high price tag?  Consider riverfront property such as the Alafia River in Riverview Florida.

Alafia's meaning is derived from the ancient Indians term "River of Fire" because the night sky would give the water an illusion of fire shimmering its light below the surface of the river.   Living on the river can be a fun time especially if you like canoeing.

Check out our section on Riverview Real Estate on our website for more information.

Indian Shores Florida - Relaxed Atmosphere, Scenic Shorelines

photo Lipply

indian shoresOnce part of the barrier island town, Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores’ history began in 1949 when the south shore of the island broke off to become a town of its own. It carried the name Indian Rocks Beach South Shore Beach until 1973, when the town council voted to shorten the name to Indian Shores. With a population of less than 2,000 year round residents, Indian Shore offers a relaxed atmosphere, scenic shorelines and wonderful weather to anyone looking for a new home – or a home away from home.

As small as it is, Indian Shores is home to some of the best area restaurants with cuisine ranging from surf and turf specials to upscale Scandinavian and Italian restaurants. The town is a haven for adults, with children under 18 in less than 10% of the…

Largo Real Estate – Enjoy All That The Sunshine State Has To Offer

photo Lipply

Just twenty miles west of Tampa International Airport, and only six miles west of Saint Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport, you will find the city of Largo.  With over seventy-thousand residents, this is no small town.  This city supports tourism and travelers to Florida as well as the many residents who happily call Largo home through the year.

Largo is a city of low crime and warm weather.  It is close to the Gulf of Mexico, though not directly on the shore, and is an easy drive or bike ride to the beach for fun in the sun, adventures underwater, or trips out on boats of many kinds.  Largo is within minutes to Indian Rocks Beach and Indian Shores Beach and just 15 minutes from the famous beaches of Clearwater.  The city itself is hardly…

Indian Rocks Beach Florida - Homes And Condos On The Water

photo Lipply

When you look at waterfront relocation destinations in Florida, you tend to be looking for one of two things: either you want a place that would be wonderful to live in, or you want a location that has all of the thrills and excitement you need in a vacation spot.  Indian Rocks Beach, Florida satisfies both.

This beautiful community is small enough to know your neighbors, and close enough to the major attractions of the area to keep you excited.  Take a short trip outside of town and find yourself at Busch Gardens, Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, or Sea World.  Or even forget the trips to amusement parks and stay home on the beach.  Enjoy yourself surfing, sailing, scuba diving, or just lying in the sun on one of the many, many beaches.
