Lansbrook Village is a condo conversion in the upscale East Lake area. They were previously rental units, converted for sale. They are relatively new but the developers repainted and recarpeted. Many investors purchased before the market turned, therefore, most of them are renting them out because sales are down right now. We actually bought one ourselves because we really like the property and the area is fantastic. It's just going to be a long term investment not a shorter turn around as many people had hoped for.

Hello, I am relocating to Florida from Memphis in the middle of June. My sister lives in Palm Harbor and has told me about the Lansbrook area. I am interested in renting. Perhaps a townhome or home around 1600 per month. I have 2 children and a dog. Could you pass along any info you might have. I am coming down at the end of May to look around. I appreciate your time. Hi - I'm interested in renting a 3/2 in the Landsbrook area - I have a house in the area now but Iam getting divorced and don't want to take the kids out of this area - I also have a little 4lb dog - If you could email any information you may have and pictrues - I'm looking at moving anywhere from now until October - Iam flexible with a moving date.
