Who says you can never go home again?  I love the Groves of Cobbs Landing, this is where we built our first home and raised our kids.  I have many fond memories of this Palm Harbor subdivision.  Now I have the pleasure of selling a home in there.  This just could be the perfect family neighborhood in all of Palm Harbor FL. I remember when we sold our home.  The couple came to the negotiation table with a key lime pie and flowers.  They really wanted to buy our home.      Imagine a little piece of Greece transplanted to the northern part of Pinellas County Florida . The delightful town of Tarpon Springs, which has a population of around 20,000 is famous for its unique Greek heritage and culture. While the rest of the country is feeling the effects of frigid winter temperatures, here in the Tampa Bay area of Florida we are enjoying warm sunny days with temperatures averaging 75 degrees this week.  It's mid February! 

Last week we had a cold spell come in and temperatures dropped to the 40s and 50s and you would have thought it was going to snow here.  Floridians were not happy.  Most stayed inside with the heat on. We were quite miserable.  Thank goodness that only happens once or twice a year!
