Calgary Real Estate Board now allows 20 images of listed properties

The Calgary Real Estate Board's MLS System recently went through a little upgrade. Calgary Realtors can now upload up to 20 images of properties for people to view. This is twice the number of images that was allowed before they made the "upgrade".

According to the National Association of Realtor's Buyer & Seller Survey, over 87% of buyers start their search on the Internet and I think the Calgary Real Estate Board did home buyer & sellers a big favor by allowing more images of properties. This will allow buyers to see more of the property that may be of interest and sellers can showcase special features even better than before.

Home owners that are looking to sell, should hire agents that use professional photography & virtual tours as good photography is now more important that ever to capture the attention of potential buyers that are searching online.

Many buyers that search online will pass on a potential property if there are no images or if the pictures are of poor quality and if they are not showing off the property. Buyers want to see the house, rooms, and features. Not a bed, bathtub or any other furniture that take up the whole image. I am sure we have all seen them.

Calgary Realtors now have room for 20 images to be uploaded so make sure your agent make use of it.
