Did you know that within a 1/2 hour drive from Panama City and the new International Airport there are some great family and adult entertainment venues?

For instance:

There's the Ebro Greyhound Race Track located on hwy 79 in Washington County.  In addition to dog racing they have a sit down restaurant and card room.  Jessie and I have spent many an evening having dinner and watching the dogs run as well as laughing at some of the funnier moments at the track  (the professional pooper scoopers are hysterical).

The Breakaway Drag strip, an IHRA sanctioned race track is within a 40 minute drive from Panama City located just off hwy 231.  This family entertainment venue has long been a local favorite with racers coming from all over the country. …

According to the Florida Association of REALTORS® (FAR) the Panama City Real Estate Condo Market continues to show as a positive real estate market investment opportunity!

The recently released quarterly sales for condos and homes by The Florida Association of REALTORS® (FAR) show the Panama City Condo real estate market continuing an upward progression.

Through out Florida, sales of existing condos declined by about 26 percent between Quarter 3 of 2006 and Quarter 3 of 2007.  However, Panama City shows a net increase of 38 percent between Quarter 3 of 2006 and Quarter 3 of 2007 giving Panama City real estate the best results in the entire state! 

As for sales of existing single-family homes, a statewide decline of 29 percent between Quarter 3 of 2006…

Many of my customers are surprised to learn that yes, I do work weekends and some holidays. 

Why?

Home buyers and sellers are typically at work during the day.  They have very little time during the week to look at or discuss Panama City real estate purchases.  The time they typically do have to view real estate purchases in Panama City and the Beach area is evenings after work. 

As the days grow shorter, some properties may be difficult to view during early evening hours for various reasons: perhaps the property is empty and there is no electricity for lights or the property has tenants and so on.

As a customer service, I make myself available at the hours convenient to my customers.

I received a phone call from a woman in Georgia today, explaining that she and her husband were ready to purchase property in Panama City Florida for their retirement.

Of course I told her I'd be happy to help, when during the conversation, she explained to me how she's been visiting my website for over a year!

She's been coming to my website and watching my growth, reading my articles and following the progress of Panama City, Florida through my eyes and insights.

That really made my day!

She particularly liked the fact that she could stay on my website, read the articles and search for homes without registering and could contact me when she was ready.

Well she's ready, and I'm there for her.

Jessie and I have this personal celebration every time we get a listing or make a sale...

We have Sushi for dinner!

We regularly visit a local restaurant called Miro's.  They have all the great foods you'd expect to find in a quality Japanese restaurant: Sushi, tempura, a hibachi grill, mmmm good!

My favorite is the Rainbow roll and Jessie loves the Shrimp Tempura Roll!  We both really enjoy the Grouper Tempura roll and always add it to our order!

Typically, we'll get our order to go and when we get home, set up a Japanese style eating arrangement around the T.V and sushi out! 

Many times, if we're celebrating with customers on their purchase we'll take them with us.  We've yet to have a customer who enjoys sushi not enjoy our favorite place.
