Single Family Homes

There are currently 100 active single family homes on the market in Grande Dunes.  That number is down from 106 homes on the market last month.  In addition to those 100 active on the market, there are three pending sales.  Active homes range in price from $659,900 to $5,900,000, with an average of $1,738,320.  The last sale was September 29 for $1,200,000 in Calais.

Condos

There are 69 condo units on the market, which is three less than last month.  There are no sales pending.  The active condos range in price from $299,500 to $2,850,000 and an average of $958,679.  There was…

Myrtle Beach commercial real estate is thriving near the site of the Hard Rock Theme Park.   The latest project will be developed on the existing Waccamaw Factory Shoppes site.  Polar Investments Ltd. recently purchased the 52 acre site and is planning a $300 million complex to include a hotel, homes, retail shops, and a recreation area.

Another retail center has been proposed for the property across from the park’s entrance.  The centers’ developers are planning 34,000 square feet of retail space, restaurants, a convenience store, and a time share office.

The Hard Rock Theme Park is set to open in May of 2008 which is a month later than the original opening date of April 2008.  A single day pass will cost $46 and season passes which went on sale October…

There are currently 424 active single family homes on the market in Carolina Forest.  They range in price from $1,699,000 to $149,900 with an average of just over $407,109.  There have been 249 sales this year.  The average sales price has been $272,910 with a low of $124,000 and a high of $891,500.

There are also 91 pending sales in Carolina Forest.  So homes are still selling in this family friendly area of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
