Cool ! Great suggestion! I just have to up date the language file. I am not a code writer but over the years have developed a good working concept that I use to edit and customize.
Your service does has a advantage by having someone there while you do other things. With my budget GNU is free so it is the way to go for me. I had concerns also because in Alabama those not licensed cannot involve themselves in Real Estate with the exception of clerical work. Despite it being online. One might say who will know. However abiding by the rules and laws of the state are important to me.
The main feature is the offline and online status. Ultimately until my new site has traffic. It won't come into play much. I am ready for that day when I have 1000 unique
visitors per day!

Mike; I have used live chat on our site for over a year, but we do it just a bit differenly. The company that provides it answers the live chat for me for only $20 per month. The advantage in your system is that you answer it yourself. I like your chat, but is there a way to not call it a real estate support ticket (maybe something more like real estate info request... Just a thought. Have a great weekend. Eric
