What do New Jersey Home Buyers Want??
Posted Jan 30, 2008 @ 10:48 am, Viewed by 729 Visitors, Read 732 Times. Many home sellers here in New Jersey seem to be totally in the dark about this question. These home sellers do not seem to understand that today's home buyer does not wish to deal with contractors, trying to be creative in figuring out how to update a home which has not been up to date since it was built 30 to 50 years ago.
Today's New Jersey home buyer is looking for the following:
- Fresh and contemporary colors
- New or newer appliances in the Kitchen
- New or in very good shape cabinets in the kitchen which accentuate the positives of the home not the negatives of the home.
- Up to date bathrooms.
- Great curb appeal, many times a home buyer will not even go into a home which does not have this.
If you look at your home with a objective eye, how does it stand up?
