Going Green in Chatham Township New Jersey

Only if you are talking about conservation issues.  As for home sales, October is shaping up to be a very slow month for Chatham township Real Estate Sales.

To date we have seen just 2 homes transfer to their new owners.  The number of homes on the market has been stacking up for the past several months.

Chatham NJ Real Estate has been effected along with the rest of the region by the credit issues facing the mortgage industry.

As for going green in Chatham Township, I believe that most of the green gains are to be had in our own home.  Replacing regular light bulbs with compact fluorescent bulbs, more insulation in the attic, more efficient windows, a tune up for the heating and cooling system...

If you would like to do a little market research on Chatham NJ Real Estate I have a nice MLS tool for you to use for free.  Please use it as much as you like.
