Downtown Morristown is being revived with 3 major building projects already well into construction, and a fourth possibly on the way. 

The Residences at Vail Mansion

The Residences at Vail Mansion, a condo project being built on South st. promising luxury and easy living within walking distance of everything in downtown Morristown including the Midtown Direct Morristown Train Station. Prices start in the mid 700's and range up to a Million.

DeHart Place

Vail Commons

Finally there is Vail Commons, yet another condo project.
