Many home sellers select their Realtor based on which one told them that he / she could get the most money for their home.  Truth is there are a certain number of Realtors out there who will tell you any price they think you are looking to hear, knowing that they can always force you to price reduce later.

 

Bad idea – higher asking price means more days on the market, less qualified buyer, and smaller chance of getting a full market value offer quickly.

September 30th 2007 noon to 5pm rain or shine the Morristown Festival will go forward.

The Morristown Festival on the central green is always a much anticipated event.  Every year rain or shine more than 50,000 people turn out for this fall event.  This year is extra special in that the central green is currently undergoing a huge rejuvenation.  Work is planed to be finished in time for the Festival.  Come out and see all the wonderful work that has been done and see our beautiful Morristown Downtown and Central Green.

When you need a short ULS for something like a blog post which typically has a long URL what can you do?

I was wondering this very thing the other day.  I did not have time or the desire to go out and purchase a domain name and then point it at the blog post.  So I asked in the blog section of the Real Estate Webmasters Forum if anyone had any ideas.  Next thing I know suggestions are coming in to use Tiny URL's  tinyurl.com. 

What a great solution.  I have used it for several blog posts with great success.
