According to a study which was released on Thursday, New Jersey's population has reached 21.6% foreign born.
With the numbers of immigrants moving to New Jersey ever increasing, and the numbers of non-immigrant New Jersey residents moving to other states increasing, we will soon reach the all time high level of 26% foreign born residents. That number of foreign born residents was last reached in 1910.

I thought it was a buyers market in New Jersey Real Estate!!
Here is a little background on how a New Jersey Real Estate Transaction happens once you select a house, so that you will better understand what has happened. New Jersey is a Attorney State. The Legislature has taken almost all control of the nj real estate transaction our of the Realtors hands. 10 Tips for Selling Your Morris & Union County NJ Home during the Holidays
1. Keep it warm: To show a home to its best advantage during the winter, think warm, cozy, and homey. Keep your thermostat at 70 degrees during home showing hours. If your home is vacant, install a programmable thermostat and set it to have the home at 70 during the day.
