Buyer beware<
Centex Homes Contract contains a couple of serious pit falls for the buyer.
Never sign a contract with them before you see a lawyer. One of the things that it stipulates is that if you are confirmed for a mortgage within 45 days and then after that period you should not be able to obtain that mortgage due to unforseen situations, you loose your good faith down payment.
I lost my job and will not be able to obtain a mortgage for the amount that I need. They just do not care because you signed that paper work that they throw at you, you LOOSE.
