Bayhill Real Estate - Carmel Indiana

While the rest of Carmel real estate and Indianapolis as a whole have seen dramatic decreases in the number of homes sold, Bayhill real estate has seen an incredible 110% increase in the number of homes sold for 2007 versus 2006.  Here is a breakdown of what happened for 2006 and 2007 for Bayhill real estate:

 
Number of homes sold: This is up an astonishing 110% over last year and only confirms that Bayhill is a very desirable neighborhood even in a soft real estate market.
 

Average Selling Price: Down 1% over last year, however considering the market as a whole this is still a relatively good number. 

Days on the market: Well, the days on the market are up from 38 in 2006 to 85 in 2007 which equates to an increase of 124%.  Not great, but 38 days on the market is hard to beat. 

Price Per Square Foot: The average price per square foot of the Bayhill homes that have sold is actually up 2% over 2006.
