In comparison with 2008 sales data, we saw a 48% decrease in the number of home and condominium sales but a 6% increase in their average price. Average days on market rose by 11%.
For the third quarter of this year so far, there have been 6 sales through Monday, September 21st. The median sales price on these properties were $1,596,875. The average price was $1,377,083. Average Sales Price/Square Foot was $366.32 and Average Days on Market was 345.
Two of the sales this year were for units that sold for $500K or less. They included a single-family home in Brendisi for $500,000 and a condo unit in Calabria for $490,000.
