In comparison with 2008 sales data, we saw a 13% decrease in the number of home and condominium sales and a 34% decrease in their average price. Average days on market fell by 12%. Two of the sales were for units that sold for less than $600K. They included a single-family unit in the Villas at Barefoot Beach for $584,000 and a condo unit in the Barefoot Beach Club for $550,000.

For the third quarter of this year so far, there have been 6 sales through Friday, September 4th. The median sales price on these properties were $800K. The average price was $855,625. Average Sales Price/ Square Foot was $411.36 and Average Days on Market was 130. Two of these sales were also for under $600K. They included a single-family unit at the Villas at Barefoot Beach for $550,000 and a condo unit at the Barefoot Beach Club for $532,500.
