The 2007 year end Bonita Bay real estate market statistics report for both homes and condominiums are listed below. Bonita Bay is Bonita Springs premier gated community and is a highly sought after place to live.

Encompassing 2,400 acres, Bonita Bay is also the flagship community of the Bonita Bay Group here in Southwest Florida. More than half the community is devoted to open space, including three Arthur Hills-designed golf courses and 12 miles of biking and walking paths. Golf club members also have access to two Tom Fazio courses at Bonita Bay Club East. Located on more than 1,000 acres of Cypress wetlands, there will be no residences permitted at Club East and these courses are enclosed by natural Florida surroundings providing a pure golfing experience.

  • Median Sales Price - $1,122,500
  • Average Days on Market - 207

Bonita Bay Condominium Sales 2007*:

  • 38 Closed Sales
  • Average Sales Price - $496,907
  • Median Sales Price - $412,500
  • Average Days on Market - 186
  • Price/Sq. Foot - $254.32

High Rise Condominium Sales 2007*:

  • 21 Closed Sales
  • Average Sales Price - $1,512,952
  • Median Sales Price - $1,300,000
  • Average Days on Market - 465
  • Price/Sq. Foot - $470.70

In comparison with 2006 sales data, we've seen a 3% decrease in the average price for homes and a 2% increase in the average price for condominiums. Average days on market rose by 42% for homes and 49% for condominiums. High rise condominiums saw a 5% decease in price and a 38% increase in days on market.
