Bonita Springs Home Sales 2007*:

  • 500 Closed Sales
  • Average Sales Price - $686,720
  • Median Sales Price - $509,250
  • Average Days on Market - 183
  • Price/Sq. Foot - $260.78

Bonita Springs Condominium Sales 2007*:

  • 471 Closed Sales
  • Average Sales Price - $455,559
  • Median Sales Price - $312,850
  • Average Days on Market - 239
  • Price/Sq. Foot - $236.82

In comparison with 2006 sales data, we've seen a 1.5% increase in the average price for homes and a 13% decrease in the average price for condominiums. Average days on market rose by 31% for homes and 51% for condominiums.
