Bonita Springs Home Sales 2007*:

- Average Sales Price - $686,720
- Median Sales Price - $509,250
- Average Days on Market - 183
- Price/Sq. Foot - $260.78
Bonita Springs Condominium Sales 2007*:
- 471 Closed Sales
- Average Sales Price - $455,559
- Median Sales Price - $312,850
- Average Days on Market - 239
- Price/Sq. Foot - $236.82
In comparison with 2006 sales data, we've seen a 1.5% increase in the average price for homes and a 13% decrease in the average price for condominiums. Average days on market rose by 31% for homes and 51% for condominiums.
