In the case of The Koitz Group, that means you’ll get experience and contract knowledge from our principal, Gretchen Koitz, who has spent over 20 years in full time real estate sales and also trains new agents; marketing expertise from Kevin Koitz, who has a degree in internet marketing from Stanford University and devises individual marketing plans for each seller; and attention to detail and unbridled enthusiasm from Penelope Frissell, a west coast transplant who has a background in real estate settlement transactions.
