Central Austin Neighborhood Profiles: Allandale

Allandale, located in the vibrant Burnet Road area, offers excellent homes in a wonderful location. In the Northwest Austin area, the Allandale community is considered by many to be one of the best places in the region to raise a family. If you enjoy getting creative, there's plenty to see and do an Allandale. Clayways studio and gallery offers pottery classes for beginners to advanced students. The Shoal Creek Greenbelt and the Beverly S. Scheffield Northwest District Park offer green spaces that are perfect for recreation and exercise. The District Park has picnic and barbecue areas, a baseball diamond, a pool, and a playground in addition to green spaces. The greenbelt offers hiking and biking trails that lead you to nearby communities along meandering paths.
