See this is a 3 month long contest and you need a team to carry you!

I don't Bramlett, seems like Blackwell pretty much has it in the bag. You know if you don't win with all that manpower I'm going to give ya heck. 
Richard...what Bramlett neglected to mention...My website (and it's links are less than a year old. They have some authority, but cannot compete with the authority of an REW or RainCity guide, et al....All I can hope is that the group of us makes some good decisions and some breaks go our way....I am proud of the team, but you guys have the scoreboard. My SEO mojo has never changed...it's about relationships...hehe
Eric, What are you doing? Ganging up on all the other competitors?? Ok, great plan of attack, strength in numbers.
I'm having fun with this, especially reading other blogs mentioning the contest followed by their critiques of the whole thing.
Me too Judy...amazing the effect of an idea and a few people talking to their friends and their friends, no?
@James- You asked me a question in another blog about how to succeed against larger competitors. Here's IMO the answer. Forget competitors.We are not ganging up. (although it's gonna FEEL that way to them!) Focusing on making friends as the main part of your online marketing WORKS (at least it has for me). I am NOT paying these people to be here. They are my friends. I have forged relationships where I have helped them over the years and they respect me. They also know that part of being part of my team is an ongoing relationship.. That is what the search engines mean by building authority vs swapping links. Don't lose sight of the fact that your main objective is building authority. (grin) Just my opinion
