First Impressions of a sellers home

If your Atlanta home that you have listed has been on the market for some time without a qualified buyer or you are considering placing it on the market, step ahead of the competition and let a good home staging company prepare your home. This is not interior decorating.  It’s purposely and thoughtfully playing up the features by rearranging items to make the home more appealing to prospective buyers. This can utilize a seller’s own furnishings or add their furnishings/accessories to create that wow factor. I did do this, and it really helped me sell a couple of hard properties. Have any of you guys had similar experiences?
