First Impressions of a sellers home

This is not interior decorating. It’s purposely and thoughtfully playing up the features by rearranging items to make the home more appealing to prospective buyers. This can utilize a seller’s own furnishings or add their furnishings/accessories to create that wow factor. I did do this, and it really helped me sell a couple of hard properties. Have any of you guys had similar experiences?
