The Oregon Coast is hopping with festivals and events on the weekend of September 22-23, 2007. Reedsport has its 11th annual Tsalila (pronounced sa-LEE-la) this weekend to celebrate the return of the salmon to the Umpqua River and the spectacular natural and cultural resources in the Umpqua watershed.

The Festival is free and open to the public, listen to story tellers and music, dance to the drums, play a round of migration golf, browse through the arts and crafts booths, have fun at the river box, find your way through the maze and eat a delicious salmon dinner - there's something for everyone.
