$299,000 for a three bedroom home in Rehoboth Beach Delaware is almost unheard of yet they are currently available in both the community of Sterling Crossing and Summercrest.
Summercrest (built by Anderson homes) is such a good deal that in one month during the summer they were able to sell 20 units. During the same time period most builders were lucky to sell one or two units per month. The least expensive model starts at $299K - $309K
As of November 5th 2007 they had around 47 total homes sold of a proposed 101.
The community is made up of 5 different models starting at the following prices.
The Cambridge $299,000
The Charleston $329,900
The Avalon $359,900
The Magnolia $379,900
The Savannah $399,900
Sterling Crossing is a new construction community of spacious three and four bedroom town homes, some with finished basements. There are two different builders in the community (Ryan Homes and LIII) Prices start at $299,000
