Another REW Success Story !

During the same time, I kept a second, Non-REW site that served the nearby community of Woodland. Although it did manage to get good search engine rankings, it was an old "framed" website with a clumsy MLS search tool that generated very little business.
After the REW Summit last year, I decided to drop the old provider of my Woodland site and replace it with an REW template site with REW IDX and a few other modifications.
The folks at REW worked with me to build the new Woodland CA Real Estate website with it's focus on quick and easy search, for any town in Yolo County, with minimum effort.
The site went live on February 28th.
It started generating leads from day 1.
Three Days after going live we got an IDX registration and a phone call from a buyer that wanted to see homes.
Seven Days after going live the buyer made an offer on a home we showed them.
Seventeen Days after going live, we had an accepted offer that will close April 17th.
From website launch to an accepted offer in 17 days. You can't ask for better than that.
Huge props to the folks at REW, the designers, programmers, IDX team, support, etc. They work hard and should know that their efforts are appreciated.

Great stuff Tom & Vicki congrats! - would it jinx anything to ask the price range of the property? (not exact price of course) - it's not often you get "instant ROI" stories, what a treat 
Judy - Thanks so much. Yes the wide template is the way to go (well, actually the LEC is the way to go, right Morgan?) We still have some fine points to tweak on the site, you know how it is.
Morgan - The property was in the $225k to $250k range. The average home sold in Woodland in March was about $209k, so it was better than average.

Congrats! Now there's a great testimonial. Site looks great. I'm glad I went for the wider template after the REW conference. At first I wasn't sure and now I'm glad I did it.
