Yes, inventory has doubled since last January. It continues to be a strong buyer's market. Although the numbers don't show it yet, I will say activity has picked up. I believe a number of buyers realize we are close to a turnaround and they are starting to take advantage of the market. We are definitely seeing this from a number of investors. We just continue to educate buyers to the opportunities that exist and try keep seller expectations in in-line with market conditions and how they differ from 12 to 18 months ago.

Is the supply of homes much higher as well? What I find interesting and different than my housing market in Sandy Springs and Alpharetta is that the number of sales has dropped as well. Here in North Atlanta we have about the same or more buyers, just more inventory as well. How are you dealing with the changes?
