Discussion: While new listings continue to outpace sales, the current number of active Calgary Listings has remained steady due to a high number of expired listings (see Recent Calgary MLS® Stats ). Sales numbers for the period were 7% higher than the same period last year. Sales for January 2007 appear to be on track to beat the record set for January last year.
