Time Running Out to get $8,000 Rebate on New Homes

Now that much of the completed new homes have been purchased THE RACE IS ON!!!

The current deadline to have CLOSED on your new home to get your $8,000 Rebate is December 1st, 2009.  Considering it takes 4 -7 months to build a home from scratch, that means a buyer will need to purchase (go under contract) and get their home started by the middle to end of June, which is only a few weeks away.
