I was going through all the different feeds that I have set up on Google Reader this morning and I came across a post titled "Seth's Advice for Real Estate Agents".  It was about another marketing tactic/tool from the ever so creative people over at Squidoo.  I currently have a few lenses that I have created in Squidoo as well as a page from the Ever Project.  This newest project allows the user to essentially become the "Mayor of a zipcode".  It is yet another way to promote yourself as an authority on the area/s that you service as well as adding one more thing to your portfolio of diversification when it comes to SEO.

Last night I was up late tying up some loose ends with a few prospective deals that I have brewing.  It was about 2 am and I decided to hit that ever so addicting "StumbleUpon" button (I love it!).   After a few stumbles I came upon an article titled Why You Can't Trust Real Estate Agents When Buying a House.
