I was going through all the different feeds that I have set up on Google Reader this morning and I came across a post titled "Seth's Advice for Real Estate Agents".  It was about another marketing tactic/tool from the ever so creative people over at Squidoo.  I currently have a few lenses that I have created in Squidoo as well as a page from the Ever Project.  This newest project allows the user to essentially become the "Mayor of a zipcode".  It is yet another way to promote yourself as an authority on the area/s that you service as well as adding one more thing to your portfolio of diversification when it comes to SEO. 

I have started my very own page for the City of Sevierville.  Who would of thought I would be the Mayor of Sevierville.   Squidoo has allowed that priveledge.  My page is not quite finished yet but like everything, it is a work in progress.  You can check out Annie Maloney's Page About Sevierville,TN at SquidZipper and let me know what you think.
